You know Alex, the one thing I have never enjoyed or accepted from the Aussies is their sense of humour. The Aussies fabricate things and think that is funny. They get the blokes to dress up as sheilas for a laugh. I make jokes about the truth. That is the humour I found in America and you still see it on TV. Raymond's show is just everyone putting each other down. Of course, this kind of humour doesn't go over so good on the internet and some take offense.

So I don't always detect when someone is pulling my leg. Even the girls do it here. I tend to believe what people say and get disappointed, then they tell me they were kidding me. One year on my birthday this Guitar store phoned me to tell me they had a special guitar in and were holding it for me. So I rushed over and when I got there he told me it was gone. I was bitterly disappointed and left the shop in a huff. The owner chased me up the street and I found out my ex had bought me a Brazilian Rosewood Martin D41 which cost a fortune. But unlike yourself I don't go down the path of trying to ridcule people who choose to train and compete. Do you think that only the genetically superior should only train and compete?

Alex my gym is way better than Squashlands. How you can put my gym down when you train where you do is a joke. Get yourself to a better equipped gym and you might get better.

I am not criticizing your physique or trying to discourage you. I merely pointed out you have a big head for your body. It makes it hard to look big. Ray Mentzer also had a big head but he won Mr America.

I never discourage people from improving. I help people at my gym free of charge. I never charge for any help I give my members or anyone else.

Of course I did say it to him, I told Vince who I was as soon as he lurched over to the Lee Priest booth but poor Vince he was quite caught up rambling on about goodrum, quickerblade ect to anyone who remotely looked at his direction. Unlike you Keith I don't get all wound up when people talk shit about me nor do I think I am beyond what happens here on getbig. Well, Alex, you have a lot to learn. When you have owned a gym for 40 years and been around bodybuilding for 50 years maybe you will understand. Keith and I have been around the game for a long time and met a lot of people. We have paid our dues as they say. You are just starting out. I honestly was surprised when you posted your pre-contest photos some time ago. I thought WTF is this? From what you write on Getbig I assumed you were some huge bodybuilder. Nope, just an ordinary guy who lifts weights. What gives you the right to comment the way you do on the net? You piss people off just as much as I do.

Have you bench pressed 400 pounds? Keith has done over 500. That means something to me and should to you as well. Just because you can hold your own with a keyboard doesn't make you a big man.

I told Alex exactly what I thought about him. He said bugger all to me. Then he comes on here saying shit again. I resent that. Like I said, I was doing all the talking and he was just standing there. If he had something to say he should have said it then.

I resent when someone bags my gym then admits they train at Squashlands. I know that gym because it was up for sale years ago so I had a look. That isn't much of a gym. Even Lee Priest trained at my gym but doesn't know some of the equipment I have made because he never used it. He told me he would know how to use my biceps supinator but it has 9 adjustments and isn't that easy to get right straight away. That is why I prefer to have myself or my son Zorba show bodybuilders the unique equipment.

Do you know how many years I have spent in a factory designing, building and modifying equipment? I have been doing this full time since 1981. So I take a lot of pride in what I have built and don't take kindly to someone putting my gym down.
