If time travel becomes a realistic possibility in your life time, in which direction would you most like to travel: The future or the past?? Also, what would be your reasons?

That only depends on how far in the past you go and to what civilation.
The women on the ancient isle of Crete had it pretty good imo.
The most powerful society the world has ever known...run by women.

Personally I'd love to travel in both directions past & present.

I'd love to go back to ancient Egypt during the time when Egypt was a lush tropical paadise and the great Sphinx was surrounded by water. I'd also go back to the 80's and invest heavily in MicroSlut! ...and I'd bet heavily on Kristen as the one that shot JR

That is only written by the Crete....Not doubting it, but I am sure there were many other civilisations that didn't know about eachother....Wouldn't most Christians like to go back to the crucification??? I know they wouldn't, because it may in some way prove things in a different light....

I would gather reading materials and news articles regarding present day politics in the US and then travel to the late 1780's and give them to James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, etc. and tell them to construct a constitution to specifically avoid our current predicament.  

Then I would go to ancient Egypt and see for myself how the exodus really went down.

Then I would go to Germany in the late 1930's and kill Hitler myself to save 6 million of my people so we wouldn't be dwindling today.

Then I would go to the mid 1990's and whoop my own ass for being a stupid child.

I would go back to the 50's and become friends with Jimi Hendrix before he was big, and I would teach him how to play Purple Haze and Hey Joe, before he wrote them of course.  This would garuntee my friendship with him and some role in the Band of Gypsies and The Experience, I would live the hippie dream until the mid 60's all the while lifting weights and taking advantegous of anoblics before they were illegal.  In the mid 60's I would then travel to California to meet Arnold and he would be impressed with my physique as it would undoubtly be ahead of it's time.  I would quickly replace Franco as Arnolds best friend and ride his coatails until the 80's banging every hottie along the way.  In the mid 80's I would then take from my pocket the slip of paper I had brought from the future that had the list of every Superbowl and World Series Winner since 1980.  I would then bet everything I had on every Super Bowl and World Series that follwed, doubling up my life savings at every event.  I would live out the rest of my days as a rich man traveling the world, banging models and writing books and songs about my time spent with 2 of histories most famous people.

I'd go back to the day I tried to jump my bike over that spot on the sidewalk where tree roots had lifted it up into a ramp. 
I'd put on some fucking elbow and wrists pads.
