wearing Cowboy boots
is a signal for:

Hello I am gay!
or
I am a hicky clown, but straight!
Good luck, find a nice
high heels red/white pair.

 This is true.

Nowadays in the US there's this huge gay cowboy scene going on. In western cities across the US there are country-western themed gay bars popping up all over. There are like 10 of them in Denver and a bunch of them in Phoenix.

So you all have fun wearing those cowboy boots....

If you live in southern Cal the ONLY place to go to buy boots is Tijuana.  There is a store there that has boots made from every skin you can think of.  It is unreal in this place.  And you get great deals.  Back in the 80's they would cost between $80 and $1200
Mexican Leather Craftmanship is truly a sight to behold if you can find a Master Craftsman.  Some of the best Bespoke Bootmakers learn from Mexican craft.  The intricacy and attention to detail is unparalleled.

Wow!  Lots of replies.  Sorry I didn't respond earlier, had to go and pick up my wife from the airport.

Newmom, I want to wear them with Jeans and a T-shirt or something like that (Maybe I can pull an Arnold and wear them with suits LOL).

Johnnynoname,  I don't have that car anymore with the BIG ACH plates :-( wish I did, and yes I normally shop from tacky.com - don't you know its the shit LOL   I plan to buy another motorcycle soon, will put BIG ACH on that when I get it!

Honestly I'm interested in having two pairs, one black one (maybe patterned) and one snake skin/patterned (whitish/greyish)

I will probably get the black ones first, and later on get the snake patterned ones.  I just really don't want to break the bank though!  Been spending so much on other shit like surround sound, etc lol

I've just always liked the way they looked since I was a kid, just never went out and got them.  I know many of you think they look cheezy thats fine, but i've always loved them!  No other way about it!

Lucchese are FAR, FAR, FAR from the best money can buy.
Lucchese Handmades are the only Lucchese`s worth a shit really.

I have several pairs and I have had to send a few back as the nails have come out. Their Boots are not too bad, but they are not that great really.

Take off the drag son, and go back to bed.

Lucchese ( @ $2000 + per pair, as THE BEEF owns them ) are by far the best. AND DON'T EVER ADDRESS THE BEEF AGAIN, YOU FUCKEN ASSHOLE!!!

i had a couple friends who would drive across the border in laredo and pay taxi drivers twenty bucks to put on a pair of sea turtle boots when coming back across the bridge because they are illegal to sell in the united states since they are on the endangered list.
Your friends should have been knocked off and then their skins made into boots...

It's one of those things that other dudes *might* look at you like a major d-bag... but unfortunately, girls may dig it.  I wear the cowboy hat from time to time... total tool move, no doubt.

Listen son, THE BEEF  is THE BEEF, period! THE BEEF never claimed not to be tacky . . . Price is what it is when one can afford quality.

Another very good boot is Dan Post, $500 for low end gator, hell bet em up. THE BEEF has 2 pair of Post, very comfortable.
