I'm watching it. You finding it ok staying lean on 2600 calories/day? And I'm going to buy that Flay book. Nothing beats a good burger.

Dropped a little weight since switching from 2800 to 2600.
No Cardio. Just lifting hard and heavy and sometimes fast.
We are cooking our way through that book pretty much so Hamburgers will appear quite a lot on there!
I may bake a cake this weekend, (if I can stop being lazy in the Kitchen), so that may show up on my diet log. We shall See!
