Half the shit bodybuilders do, even naturals, is not normal, and maybe not even healthy. No one's body was made to lift heavy weights with constant repetition 5 days a week, practically 365 days a out of the year. By saying that you're at least healthy falls on deaf ears because people here want to be at least relatively big.
