my ab skinfold in the most recent pics was 10 mm and my waist measured almost 31 inches around the thickest and broadest part (about an inch below the navel)

within one month, probably less, i'll have a waist around 29-29.5 inches with an ab skinfold of 4-5 mm

Douglas, it's more of a young Ken Shamrock than a Tom Cruise, but there are some similarities there as well!

I don't see the McQueen resemblance though.
