You just need to get out more, boy.

Yeah sure.

200x7 raw is an impressive feat even for a powerlifter.

I did not only visit a lot of benchpressing/powerlifting competitions during the last decade but also competed in IPF benchpress competitions myself.

You will hardly see someone who is as strong as that , esp. at that age and bodyweight. In all of Germany there is not a single guy his age and his weight who would come close to that.

He is already one of the strongest bodybuilders in the world , at least when it comes to pressing.

that was a lot cleaner set than many top pros claim as 400lb plus benches...

Haha I love all the savage tribal warriors dismissing this feat.

My dad did this in 1979 literally while conceiving me and he doesn't even work out.

Very impressive. Especially the ease with which he does it.

i live in a city of 1.5m and have seen all the guys over a period of about 20 years and alot of the really "big dudes"- about nationals standard, bench 140-160kg (320-360lbs) for a few reps.

BUT, ive seen at least 2 guys who bench like mofos. one weighed about 190lbs and didnt carry much muscle but i regularly saw him rep at 350lb+ and finish with slow, controlled sets of 12 reps using 120lbers.

so they are out there- and not really that uncommon.

but give this kid props- great bench.
