Breakfast: chicken breast - carrot - black pepper (stir fry, no oil) + 5 fish oil
Lunch: ground beef - carrot - black pepper - "chaka's MMM sauce" (stir fry, no oil) + 5 fish oil + multivitmain
total about 100 grams protein, 20-30 grams fat(from fishoil +whatever was in my 80% BEEF (i rinsed off the fat though)), maybe 10-15 grams carbs from carrots but those dont count anyways...
less than 600 calories
i spent 2 and a half hours training back earlier, in bvetween those two meals
