Ben looks great but that front double bicep pose isn't pro material. Bi's and forearms are small and chest doesn't look thick in that pose at all. He loses his chest in that pose. Much work to be done young Skywalker

that was the 2007 Canadian Nationals. Ben was second, i was last. i think Ben won the overall the next year to turn pro.

that was a tough lineup to judge......the placing 2-8 were are all very close and completely subjective.....im glad it wasnt my job

jonnie jackson looks the best he did in a while, and didnt even finish near the top 5

I think he had by far the best legs (no homo) at the contest, followed by Fankhouser (who I think made the most improvements). His calves are fankhouser size too.
