I was here...I was just looking for a connection for juice and how the fuck to use it.
I got here in Nov. 98.  I certainly wasn't as vocal as I am now.  I think my original name was Big Wiggs.

Hardcore into bodybuilding.  Flex had just kicked ass in the Arnold that year and Arnold himself said it was the best physique he had ever seen.  I thought, finally Flex was going to win.  I was only on here, elitefitness and Jason Mueller's board back then.  I remember I logged on to the computer and came here and saw, 1. Ronnie Coleman 2. Flex Wheeler.  I remember thinking Ronnie Coleman?  WTF  He was a non player.  That was until I got my IFBB 1998 Mr. Olympia Video in the mail and watched it.  I became a believer quickly.

If you had actually been here since then, you wouldn't have it's the same. The board has changed in many ways. From the layout of the (as Vince said) the scrolling text engine, the people here (Vikingpower, Flower, Geo, Goatboy, Slippeddisc, and many many others), the accepted behavior is far FAR different now. From the ownings, meltdowns and people finding personal info on others...to being TO'd far quicker. Ron is harder on the gimmicks too.

I've been here about 10yrs, and remember quite a bit. Every now and again a thread like this pops up, and I like to see what people do and do not remember.

People would barely use chat back then. I also had the same experiences of going into the room and there being one person there.
