Some people have luck with massagers.

There's a plastic surgery for it. They use a little tool (that looks like a rake) to break up adhesions.

I think a firm spanking by your man every night on the troubled areas might work........ maybe, who knows but it is worth a shot

Just proper diet and exercise.Cellulite is more pronounced in women than in men adhering to the fact that women carry an extra layer of fat that men don't have.That's a medical and biological fact.My advice would be is to just work that area more,and cut down on the sugars and carbs.If you look at cattle raised on grass you'll find that they're a lot more lean and muscular,being allowed to graze in their more natural state,than cattle that are raised in massive feed lots being fed grain not being allowed to move around on their own.

You can lessen the appearance w/ diet and exercise (and yes those massager things drkaje talked about) but you have to keep it up.  

When I dieted for that show the appearance wasn't as bad as usual...oh yeah and using tanner helps.

Well it doesn't look like that now...my bf is higher of course and right now I'm whiter than John McCain.

Dee, I think lifting is really going to help.  Do you get Oxygen Mag?  I was reading about Tosca Reno's butt last night.  Focusing on lifting for glutes/legs really improved it.
