The Blade is flying back and forth between Florida and Venice every other week to train with C. Glass at Golds. Nice move Dex!

yeah, i can't imagine what he could add now that he couldn't have done before.

They're flying all over the country every other week anyway with guest posing/signings/seminars ect.. I can't see it hurting...maybe closer to the show it may not be a great idea.

Dexter will be working on the tie-ins... specifically the glute-ham tie-in. Also the inner pecs and upper-outer gastrocnemius.

Makes perfect sense to incur the expense of bi-monthly, 6 hour flights (each way) to and back from California. Especially considering that the person doing his nutrition and contest preparation is less than a two hour drive away and would provide greater benefit in regard to his in the gym training.
