Hello everyone, new to the site and love it! Im trying to put on some weight so i can gain more strength and more mass im 5ft 10 about 190-200 pounds it verys week to week i cant get over 200 with out feeling like shit i try to eat the rite foods but not sure what im doing wrong im training rite just cant meet my target goals im lost on the nutrition part i guess and my strength gains have been at a stand still any advice would be greatly appreciated.
