No, Dorian did decline bench presses with 5 plates a side. You are much stronger in the flat and incline bench than you are in the decline. Then you must take into consideration that Dorian used a full rage of motion in a completely controlled fashion which is beyond fantastical! Nasser did mostly Smith machine presses and he never used a full range of motion and never went to failure. Nasser went as heavy as Dorian, but Dorian was much stronger due to the style of training he did and full range of motion.

There is nothing wrong with my post. Declines are much tougher than inclines because you rely on your back deltoid head to push the weight whilst in the incline you realy on the stronger middle and front deltoid heads.

That’s silly.. I’m stronger on decline.

Have you tried doing decline and incline bench press?  I have yet to meet anyone who can incline more weight than they can decline.

Decline naturally has less range of motion because the bar hits your chest which is elevated while your torso is a decline position - opposite of the incline.  Less range of motion = easier to move heavier weights.

Declines are the easiest of all benches, less ROM, tricep use is significantly reduced from bench and especially from inclines, you are way off.  Maybe youre a freak of nature, or maybe youve just never done inclines or declines.  Cause to anyone that has seriously trained, what you are saying is ridiculous.

He’s never done that, pretty obvious.

I disagree. Obviously the easiest of all is the 30 degree incline bench, then the flat bench, then the 45 degree incline bench snd the hardest is the decline bench due to it relying so much on the weak anterior deltoid head.

the anterior deltoid head is barely involved, and if declines really worked the anterior deltoid head, then more bodybuilders would rely on declines because rear delts are usually the weakest part of bodybuilders along with the upper chest and calves.
