There was another shot that ND posted a while back of Flex from either '92 or '93 that was pretty sick as well.  It was a back double bi shot where he was ripped to shreds.  I'm pretty sure it was from '92 though, could be wrong.

How does he deal with what he looks like today vs. how he looked then? I need to stop thinking so hard. That's why I'm cool with being moderately big and ripped. Much easier to maintain than huge and shredded to the bone.


he has (had?) great genetics... where the fk did they go? He looks horrid today. The endorsement contract he has posts up these nasty ass fat blobby pics of "before and after" and they look like shit... "before AND after"..


I could take better pictures of him and make his 'after" shots at least look decent. And he needs to wipe that MMA fighter look off his mug. It doesn't help with his Valvolino look and his nasty tribals.
