well I don't think you're "amazing", but if that's you after over a year of training then yeah ofcourse you're better, no problem for me to admit it...
I've been waisting my time up to my 3rd/4th year of training, now I train HIT style, one hard set per excercise and it seems to work, getting better
Even though I'm skinny I think I have a nice overall shape, I think I'm doing good, it's just that, I had no idea how to train in the beginning. If i had trained HIT from the beginning I could say without exaggarating I'd weight solid 180lbs with the same bf/frame I have.
but uhm... that's it...
