I just watched this new movie/documentary on education in america. This is TRAGIC at best. A educational system deliberately designed to dumb down the population with the savior now being made to be charter schools which choose their enrollees by way of a lottery. What happens to the children not chosen? Are they just left out to be uneducated? Amazing thing is america had the nerve to make fun of China which encourages a child to decide on a job field early in life. China was made to seem like a tyrant for doing this to their children...well look at what america is doing to its children. Watch the trailer fro this documentary below...shocking

What else can be done? The liberals have a stranglehold on the teachers' union, who continue to cripple the educational system.

And, the left screams to the high hills, if you mention school vouchers. They know many parents will send their kids, to private schools, which will get some of the left, wailing about "separation of church and state" (even though the Supreme Court ruled that school vouchers, under certain conditions, don't violate the Constitution).

Education and teaching is nothing new. There really is no new math or science or literature etc etc. Teachers have been teaching for centuries in their respective countries now all of a sudden they have all at once forgotten the task of how to teach? As this video seems to show public school teachers are being forced into a corner so that the kids deliberatlety FAIL and then the rise of the CHARTER schools comes into place making it seem like only they are capable of teaching. Right before the charter schools SPECIAL EDUCATION was the be all to end all. They were claiming to have the ability to teach where the normal teacher can't. This is all deliberate to create a dumb down, non-thinking society that will be at the mercy of governments....

I went to a Charter (High) School, there was no lottery...  

I went in, filled out the paper work, and started class all on the same day.
