how do you make egg whites drinkable

Seems like those wouldn't taste as nasty in liquid form as regular whites freshly out of an egg...not to mention salmonella

Maybe add some frozen strawberries

no i was just getting them from fresh eggs is that not good, where can i get good liquid egg whites in a cartoon?

Or, if you want them in a carton…look in the frozen food section of your grocery store for a product called Egg-Beaters.

I’ve noticed some generic brands have been popping up, but most of them aren’t much cheaper than the EB’s.
Although, if you’re like me and prefer whole eggs for their benefits, some of the off-brands also sell a pasteurized whole egg product in cartons.

temporarypain, you can buy pasteurized egg whites in a carton...they are located in the grocery store by the real eggs.  I know there are egg beaters in a carton as well but to me they probably taste more like eggs and for drinkin' I think the carton egg whites would taste better but that's just a guess.

The egg whites Brands I use (I don't drink them though) are called "All Whites" or "Better than Eggs."

blend with a banana or half a banana if you are one of those low carb guys. Protein powder and milk also make them taste better.

my workout partner drinks egg beaters straight out of the medium-large sized carton, and eats 2 pieces of wheat toast for breakfast on his way to the gym every morning....
