Some Quick Vids of Me Before My Next Comp

My coaches idea of fun is putting me through a whole week of squatting 190kg all week and then having me clean and jerk to test my ability to hold technique while my legs are playdough

3 vids of me clean and jerking 140kg 145kg 150kg, or 308lbs,319lbs,330lbs   ENJOY!

Bodyweight 116kg, or 255lbs
Height=6'2
Lifetime Natural
23years old

lol @ calling himself 'The Wall'  LOL well i got that nickname when i was doing bodybuilding still cuz i had a pretty decent lat spread....not as big as yours im sure, but i try my best to keep up with multi millionaire playboys such as yourself ;)

only been training with olympic lifts for about 7 months so, still got a lot to learn

My glutes arent feeling so shredded today... now are you happy, can i go on living with myself now?  Just because i cant quit my job to post on getbig full time like you doesnt mean i dont deserve a trial by fire every now and then 8)
