Last night a guy id never seen before walks in, prob about 220lbs tall about 6 ,2 gets on the db shoulder press with the 110s, does 17 reps then complians to his mate how his shoulder still hurts so cant go all out!!!
Somebody going all out on calves. Never see that.
there's a few of those guys at my gym. i'll be feeling great about my lifts and then one of them comes in and warms up with what i max out with.
meh even though the power lifters do lift heavy, most of them look like shit.. what gets me is the guy that's shredded 5% @ 220 and still lifting heavy as fuck.. makes me want to slit my wrists ( )
Times have changed a lot - most powerlifters look excellent big and shredded
to squat in my gym is considered impressive
