Train bigger groups with limited space more effectively. Haven't you ever seen a University gym?

that's my point there have been gyms like this for 20 years.

i remember when the scpa (self contained power area - cage, bar, bumpers, 0-90 bench and dumbbell rack nearby) came out in the NSCA journal in the 80's... pretty soon everyone had rows of cages.

useless nautilus circuits went out the window soon after.

The amount of squat/power racks is straight sexy.

I have wanted to put together my own home gym for a LONG time and that one setup with the attached mat looks amazing. Does anyone have any experience with this company and their products?

Monster Bruce Lee mural. How can you not train hard in a place like that? Sweet balance balls as well.

Not a place for shredded glutes and oiled up men thongs. Its a place train without a machine to trip over.

I don't as of yet, this company was linked in a thread on the strengthcoach.com forums.

What equipment have you had experience with that you just absolutely loved then? Because the last two racks on this page http://www.raecrowther.com/racks.shtml that are yellow with the attached mats are pretty much all I would ever need. Just give me an adjustable bench and I would be good to go it looks like. I have experience with a hammer strength rack, this once specifically http://us.commercial.lifefitness.com/content.cfm/hdhr , and I LOVE it in terms of its versatility. I would spend ALL my time on it for my bread-and-butter stuff if the gym didn't already have an incline and flat bench. I'm just wanting to field some opinions from people that have potentially used tons of different multi-racks for my future purchase.

way too many free weights, and way too much weight  :o  Where are the machines and treadmills?

This hurt to read then I realized you were sarcastic.
