I've been lurking at a very large one... tourbus like...

my "cabana/mancave" project is pretty much stalled because of an unexpected project at work...  was thinking of widening my side driveway and parking the motherfuck on the side....  probably overkill but a mobile one ;D

Sounds like a foreclosure is in the works a good plan B though ;D

Just not enough time and too many projects.... just wondering the maintenance cost etc..

i have a very large RV on my property......but its my parents..it was too big to fit in their yard, or driveway so the keep it at my house.......i drive it around my backyard sometimes ;D

Thanks Mr Nobody, you're right chaos must know... kinda popped in my head this morning talking to a neighbor selling his...  what I wanted to do with my mancave could very well be done with the RV... turn it into a mini office, shitload of computer / TV screens, a tap, mini bar and stoggies of course..

I found a dyna beater today... 7k..., needs tires,seat, sprocket, chain...  nothing that isn't diy...

 ABout 10 years ago I owned a Winnebago I payed $2600 for. I took a trip to Yosemite in it and I traveled up and down the west coast in it.

 Then it broke down on me near Bakersfield and I was stranded and fucked out there.

My dad has one for long trips because my mom is scared to fly. It is nice, but flying is so much quicker.

My dad had just bought a 40' Allegro or something like that about a year or so after my mom died.  He was retired and his hobby was being a rockhound.  So he bought this thing and was going to travel around the country I guess doing his thing.  I had only seen the folder he had showing what it was going to look like and the shit he had in it.  Well before it was done he died.  So, I have no idea what happened.  i know he had a deposit and I know we didn't have to pay anything else through probate.  Not really sure since my brother and attorney were the executors and I had nothing to do with anything.  But it looked nice on paper.  I always wanted to live in one.  I think it would be cool to drive around and see everything.
