Hey Vince, I'm curious what you think about Ell Darden's views on training? Me thinks dat he is a rather rational HIT guy. And not so extreme like Mike Mentzer's consolidated training routine which preposed for the trainee to train once every 7 and possibly even up to once every 21 days while performing only 1 work set of 2 or 3 heavy basic exercises.
