that's the ideal meal... actually, I ate a big mac meal before a chest workout and I had mad pumps... no need for noxlpode or that unworking gayshit powder fraud crap they call supplements...
and I just got a great idea... every pre workout meal will be a bigmac meal, great pumps, great feel, great results
... hell yeah... passing through a platoe training results, here I come!
