You know, jokes aside that's one durable phone - this last winter I dropped it in the snow in my driveway and it stayed there for 9 days - some days the snow melted and then re-frooze...and i drove it over it too...after all that I found it and it's still working fine!

SF1900 - I've always figured ab visibility is mostly a function of bodyfat so I hardly ever work abs, but I think I'll take your suggestion and do some lower ab work.

MOS - eating mostly lean meats for protein and bran cereal with skim milk for carbs/fiber - I hardly ever eat vegetables (only if it comes as a side dish at a restaurant) and I do still eat burgers and fries sometimes...so basically following the Adonis Principles to be honest.  It works!

Also MOS I don't think I've lost much/any size.  It's all a matter of angle, lighting, whether flexing or not, etc.  This pic is taken just one day before the bathroom picture above, so same size...but in the bathroom pic my arms are spread (which makes the chest look flat), I'm not flexing or showing my arrms, and the lighting is not over-head like in the below.

I also think one side looks bigger than the other just because it's not being flexed the same

Multivitamin (which I take all the time especially since I hardly eat fruits/vegetables) and sometimes caffeine but not for a weight loss supplement, just because I need to take it on weekdays when I'm only sleeping about 5 hrs a night.
