thx brother yes i have added about 4 kilos during the last couple of months (i am 79 kg now).. sure they are not all muscles but sure i have became stronger, lifting heavier and so added some more muscles!!..

thx dave,.. this gym is huge and is divided into 2 halls, the indoors which is air conditioned and contains all the machines and the outdoors where you find all the free weights and benches..

in egypt we do have a lot of fancy gyms like many branches of golds and world but believe it or not i prefer the atmosphere of this hardcore one!!..

nice thing bout a hardcore gym, is you can save a lot on repairs and maintenance, as well as cleaning staff and materials.

if someone takes a dump on the gym floor, wait till its dry and hardens, use it as a water bottle perch

if theres puke & urine stains on wall next to squat rack, it adds character

no running water? no problem, adds to atmosphere...

Ah, Egypt.. have not been there yet but I'm seriously thinking about going there for a holiday in autumn.

The gym looks cool , i'd always prefer a hardcore gym over some fancy wellness temple.

I stayed in Morroco for a longer time and most of the gyms were very basic. Just lots of barbells , plates etc..
