Well people who "hate" a whole race/nation/ethnicity/whatever are usually not right in their head and should not be listened to.

i met a lot of iranians in dubai and also in turkey and they all were VERY friendly with me and said great words about egypt!!..

the egyptian gov. doesnt have a perfect relation with the iranian one because of the usa this has nothing to do with egyptians and iranians as ppl!!..

seriously if you really think this way you are very stupid and narrow minded!!.. persians are not one person and arabs are not one person so you cant say these hate those or those love these!!..

Clean up your gym. My gym has 2 floors to it, and the basement is supposed to be more "hardcore" than the upstairs. However, its still clean. Get a broom!

i know my gym is not that clean but really it's not as bad as in these new pics.!!.. may be the place that is seen in these pics. is the dirtiest in the gym

over all it's a good gym for any seruious trainer who goes to the gym ONLY to train!!..

I stick to the prissy overpriced Golds Gym in Zayed myself LOL its anything but hardcore but like 2 mins from my house there!

.. very hardcore as you see but is still nothing compared to my "roof" gym

i trained before at golds (6 oct.) the one beside the university, very close to you too!!..

I've visited that gym at the shooting club (I'm a member there), its HUGE... Never trained there though.. I used to always train at the one in Gezira Club thats a shithole and very hardcore lol cable tricep pushdowns with 400 lbs!

I used to go train legs at the Golds Gym by the University its bigger than the one I'm a member at in Zayed but not as new!

This is a bit of a tangent from Sherief's original post. But there definitely is a bit of a rivalry between the Persians and Arabs in the US.

Being in DC I always see the Persians rolling in their BMW's, and the Arabs rolling in their Mercedes'

Its funny, cause my best friend is Persian, and everytime we go out together people are always like "are you two brothers?" and we go "NO! FUCK" He goes "HE'S ARAB!" and I go "HE'S PERSIAN!"

You'd think that the Middle Easterners would get along more being in the US, buts its not the case!

Anyways back to the original post. Good for Sherief for making the improvements, keep trucking man!!!
