I call good form doing something that resembles a row. LOL @ sheriff saying he's at 45 degrees there.... more like 70.I'm not saying he's isn't strong for a little guy but he's simply using too much weight, trying to impress us.Drop about 50 lbs off that bar and do 6 clean reps intead of three and a half jerk/shrugsPS if that's the way all of you guys do your rows that's pathetic.PPS...If i posted a vid of me jerking 405 around like that you dildos would rip me a new asshole, but because it's your little buddy his form is "perfectly fine"
Alright.. weight was 215 pounds yesterday on gym scale. Goal will be to add 10 pounds and increase definition.. putting me at 225 - 30lbs heavier than Bigbobs, with abs .. if things go according to plan.
hey Shereeeef all bullshit aside, why not just do deads if you want to do some heavy back work?
Hey Sherief, I also do rows Yates style. However, I think your starting off position is the position Yates is in. When you pull the bar up, it looks like you're going beyond even what Dorian would do in terms of an angle. Not by much though.
Instead of throwing around #'s just post a pic looking better than me I'll admit it if you do.
They add this new pose to the mandatories at pro shows
good luck with your plans bro.
Maybe not *better*.. but I will attempt to get as lean as you are.
also notice how NASSER is better than Dorian here
i dont think so
a heavy biceps set on the same day of training my back!!..the wizard of strength training his 42.5 cm (at least) arm
the wizard of strength training his 39.5 cm (at least) arm
I tried pasting that link but it didn't work.I really wanted to see your tiny arms in action...you little fartsniffer
the link didnt work because the youtube bottom has been removed from GB list!!.. click on the below link..i am not sure if my arm can be considered tiny or big as it's a relative thing but what i am sure of is that it's 42.5 cm or a little bit more
Awesome strength there Sherief - looks like you are easily curling 135 lbs with good form and you said it was after a back workout - incredible! Especially at your bodyweight!
I think those are 35's...still good weight. And THAT'S good form bobs
