Too much anything is bad for you ofcourse... but acknowledge it... why would you care, why is it bad to be fat  ??? Dude if you or anyone will die of an heart attack because they ate too many burgers, atleast they got the incredible sensation from eating them... sure they died but, everybody dies you know, people die every day.

It's better to die in an honest way rather than having your hands crossed your entire life fantasising evil deeds/deeds that are bad for you that you wanted to do but didn't. Then you can say; "Yeah... I was with you the entire life but i fantasiszed fucking someone else"... etc, the list goes on.

And yes christianity is the core of filth... I denie christianity and it's path of self dissillusion, I affirm life and flesh, I affirm spirit and desire.

you people acknowledge and agree with shipshekki's views... and while they are correct, they have an evil core.

Listen... read this forum for example... christians and you holy good people with one night stand children and 5 time's getting married, talking shit behind your friends back etc. and all around talking shit... not for jokeing, but because... your core is evil... there's a dark side for everything, as as for now, people have an evil seed dressed in a white robe.

edit: you enjoy everything your "god" ( ::)) forbid's... so what does that tell you... exactly...

I think it's all about the middle ground. Enjoy the pleasures of life, but also have the discipline not to over indulge like a pig.

I also believe in Karma. And I believe in trying to have and create good Karma. But that's something each person must discover for themself.

Good and evil are man made idea.

There is nothing here but energy. Physical, emotional, and mental energy. How you use that energy is everything.

this is true, in a way... you don't have to be evil... but you don't have to denie your self from it... buddhism doesn't believe in evil because they believe in the golden middle road and only goodness... which is fine... but I know people's feelings and desire's.

Some people don't have them "distracting" them, which is fine, i don't care... but people try to justify their evil means with anything they can think of, which is a lie! If people choose to walk in the path of the black flame, all power to'em, but they shoudln't be like; "Yeah I'll do it but I went to the church twice this week so I'm covered".. etc..

Oh and being with the fact that everything is pure energy and good&evil is a man made consept (morals is a man made consept in my oppinion), it's incredibly hard to be completely emotionless and just be integrated with the whole "being and existance"... it takes a life time to be like that, even then you will most likely fail... (I'm saying you as in 3rd person)

Nothing is good or evil. These are just subjective notions. Even for people who cannot see beyond their indoctination. Their ideas of good and evil are just fleeting mental energies.

Everything is simply energy. That's the simple truth that's so difficult for people to understand.

yes you're right,... but even you have emotions... even you have good&bad. Like I said it might take more than a life time to succeed living by that code that everything is just energy. And I say it's impossible... nobody goes out there naked "being one with existance"... it's more than hard, it's... quite impossible, no buddha/gandhi has ever been like that even though they tried to live by the code.

the threads you have made, everything you have said, everything I have said and everyone else has said- there's lots of emotions behind them... so even though some might say "nothing means anything" it's hard to live by it, then you would have atleast 10 posts less in your post acocunt  ;D

Understanding that everything is energy is actually a fairly easy thing to realize.

People have been known to have this epiphony easily from a psychedelic trip or just a really deep meditation session. I came to this realization when I was 15 years old, when I took 6 hits of acid, I "saw" that everything was energy and understood it first hand. Not just some crap I read in a book, but a real experience.

The difficult part is knowing what to do with that knowledge once you have it. And the most difficult part is having the discipline to live righteously with that knowledge. It's always tempting to just regress back to a very simple mindset.

The body is a temple dog. You gots to keep the lats, delts, and calves in good health. Naw mean?

I went to the massage parlor today and got a full massage.

The massage lady kept telling me "Oh big muscles" and stuff like that.

When people compliment you on your muscles like that it really does feed your ego and makes you wanna keep lifting more.

epic quote from Bill Hicks  ;D, and even he quoted a young man and it goes as follow's;

"Today, a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration – that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. There's no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we're the imagination of ourselves. Here's Tom with the weather."

maby the young man was you... in the 60's  :D  ;)

Even though realising this... how are you living by it? If you lose an arm, can you grow it back? Nope... if you go blind, can you regenerate your vision? Don't think so... you know...

devil - you really are a fucked up individual.

as i mentioned earlier its very sad that you have this opinion on life. Someone has clearly done a number on you making you hate.

buddhism is more than a religion, at the heart of buddhas teachings is a protocol for controlling your mind, and all your thoughts.

this is something that you need. Your insecurities and hatred for the world will melt away if you could learn to control your thoughts and fulfil your true potential.

....and instead live a spiritual and righteous life.

Bodybuilding is not spiritual or righteous. It's time I man up and do the right thing with myself instead of this unhealthy bullshit.

It's time to transform my spirit, and keep my body healthy instead of eating like a pig to gain weight and focusing my energy on m body, which is a superficial object.

I know the right path. Now I must walk on it.
So you will stop posting on here to ?
