are u sure that wasnt flex with his ninja skills.  based on ultimate warrior...only a spartan can defeat a ninja.  flex is good to go.
[/youtube]
If the ninja had used his sword, chances are it would have gone thru the sheild. I believe Spartan Shields were bronze. Ninja swords were made similar to samurai swords---meaning that they strong as fuck due to being mixed with carbon and folded over and over again.

Matarazzo was a boxer, but he couldn't beat a bypass...

That being said, I remember the story he beat up a guy that either broke into his or Flex's apt

what does a bypass have to do with the price of chips ?

There is also Jeet Jun Do, which is another form of Kung Fu and then there's Mu Tai. I go to many MMA and UFC competitions and expos and some of these Mu Tai guys can knee your head right off your body.

you dont know what ur talking about.... among others

just start punching him daily. gradually increase the power of your punches by a few lbs of force weekly. over time you will be able to puch him as hard as you can square in the forehead and he will just laugh.

fool proof method

LOL!!!!

I'm biased but Judo  is probably the best base ... everyone can learn to punch on their own...

Plus being able to knock someone the fuck wihtout leaving marks is much better...  saved me a couple of court dates actually...

Judo for 15 years...

Teach him bodybuilding. If he gets into a tight spot he can wip off his top, pull down his draws around his ankles and start bustin out poses. Imagine the fear a bully will experiene when he gets front double biceps in his face!

He should just concentrate on being a kid.

That being said, if there are no sport fantasies... Systema or Krav Maga.

Found out my nephew has signed up for Karate.  My brother says he wants his kid to toughen up and handle himself in school.  Now mind you he is only 7 years old.  I personally think Karate and TKD is no better than ballet.  It is all choreographed fighting.  I was telling him if he wants to have practical fighting skills that he can use to mess up bullies at school that he should take Jujitsu.

What do you guys think is the best thing to get him started in?
