Road to The 2010 CBBF Nationals
« on: May 19, 2010, 03:16:50 PM »
12.5 Weeks out here 187lbs.  I'm aiming for the Light-middle weight class which is from 167-176.1lbs.  I want to come in right at the top 176lbs, but my condition is what counts so might be lighter we'll see.  So i have 12 weeks to deal with 10lbs.  Will be interesting to see how it all turns out.

Thanks BigJ, no weight is around 187lbs, want to drop these 10lbs slowly, while hardening up and drying out as much as i can.  Plus i still need to drop more bf%.

Just go down in weight until you look shrinkwrapped.....you`ll be hard to beat if you do.

Fuck weight..............they don`t weigh you on stage.

Stay focused and dial it in!

Yeh you're right, i just feel id fit into the light-middle weight class and most likely my weight will end up somewhere in that weight class range.  We'll see how it goes, its all about condition condition condition!

Just juice all ready if you are going to push for a competitive physique.  You have looked the same since 2000 with only minor changes.  Sure you are big compared to average everyday guys, but you need to hop on some big cycles, if you want to make any type of dent in the bodybuilding scene.
Wait for it....

hate to break it to you, but you won't finish in the top 5 in your class at the nats this year.

truthfully, depending on how deep it is, you'll be lucky to finish top 10.
