Looking good Matt,legs have much better seperation.

IMO,no carb up is needed,just get up there and don`t use any last minute "tricks"................maybe a slight amount of carbs.

are you 27?  you need to stop f##king around.  you would win LHW at 190 filling yourself out, dont need to come in at 195-199.  you're basically shawn ray as far as height but minus the thickness. LMW or MW?  peter putnam was a small LHW.
