hop on the treadmill and run for 6 months or so and get your diet right before working out.  disgusting.

And you clearly see that those are bulk inches, and his arms have a less than pleasing genetic shape. Plus, his gut is worse---he is in a dark colored shirt---and it shows up more. Phil is in awhite colored shirt---white makes you look bigger.

very true... Branch warren is a prime example of that no way should he beat Heath or dexter... Bbing nowadays is about who is big and conditioned ....shape means nothing round muscle small waiste means nothing

look at Phil's arms, I see horse shoe triceps, and you can see striations, yes Robert's are bigger, he is bigger, but he is not quality bigger, and Phil isn't in "up the dosage" mode. It is what it is. Phil is just better, period. Robert will only get worse, not better.
