The Duke rape case does show one thing.If you dont have money,you dont have a snowballs chance in hell of beating a case.This is why discussions of race make my blood boil.Here is Rand Paul,a guy who thinks government has no place in anything.He is consistent in his views even if you think he is a nut.CLEARLY its not based on race,but of his disdain for the power the government has given itself.

Now,what gets me about race issues,is here we have a guy like Paul giving his views and those views being turned into racism,when all you really have to do to see real racism is look at the duke case.Imagine how many people in this country,without the money these duke kids have cant fight the cases brought against them?We just had a case in Ohio where a guy did  24 years [I think]and DNA proved he didnt do the crime.24 years gone because he was black and poor and had no defense.
