So the blockhead lost eh? I remember seeing him a few years ago outside a club here in Poland, dude looked at least 10 to 15 years older than his actual real age.

We had alot of polish people in sweden a while back, Ive seen some of them fight and ive known some. Nice dudes but you you know that feeling you get from some people that you're better of Not messing with them, well I get that from polish people.

And ive seen hundred of fights videos, not the best fighters but there is usually no quitting in them..

Same with alot of russians

 The size of your arms makes about 1% or 2% of the difference in a fight. It's all about stamina, technique, core power, speed, force, etc.

 Pure muscular strength means little.

It almost seems as if people used shit load of drugs in the early days of MMA ??? When the thing came in to the scene many fighters prolly thought it would have to be the case? I mean

Look at this higlight of frank and phil and look at their opponents, many of them have the "look", naw mean... I can only imagine how skillfull MMA fighters will be in 20 years from now
