I used to be and still kinda am the type that never gets fat. It would piss women at work off, to see me eating waffles, pancakes, bacon, eggs, egg Mcmuffins, subs, cookies, all that at work and not gain any weight. It would piss me off, that I wouldn't gain any weight as well.

1st few min., my iPhone battery is low...but I get the premise in the beginning, some people say they eat alot...

Let's just say I was a "piggy" at work, and they would call me vulture, because I would come around on the diff lunch shifts to eat what others didn't want. The local sub shops knew my name when I call in for for food, and my coworkers always wanted me to call food in, because it would come faster if i ordered

At home, it was the same. Now, it would be unwise for me to eat that much.

I will make a full comment after viewing the vid.

I had skinny friends say the same and they ate fuck all, just depends on each persons version of alot of food, I can gain 50 pounds of fat in 6 months just eating how my hunger takes me.You arnt a unique scientific phenomenon, you just grossly overestimated how many calories you were taking in.

It's funny how it works. When I was young I had to force feed myself 5 times a day eating fairly clean but would add cheese to pasta and eggs and would have peanut butter and cups of peanuts just for the extra calories. I hated it though, but during my summers in high school I'd put on a good 15-20 lbs during most of them. Once I'd start school I wouldn't eat as much and would usually lose about half of it. But the thing was, I was never hungry then and hated eating. I'd love to eat like that now but would get too fat and it's the total opposite. I don't want to gain bulk anymore but wish I could eat that same way while staying lean. Life sucks. lol

What's your take on oysters  and bodybuilding (lots of zinc, LDL...)?  Just downed 56 slimy mofos at an all you can eat place... lots of tobasco. this will not end well tomorrow...

Thanks, pesonally I would never eat more than 47 at a time. Tabasco is OK as long as it has a ton of sodium.  I use 1/2 cup per every 20 oysters.

I'm actually serious about the eating part. I'm already regretting it. I can feel the peppers fighting with the horseradish and the shell fragments.

From roughly 4 yrs ago.

Breakfast--- 2 eggs, two pieces of bacon or sausage, home fries (a lot), two huge pancakes (bigger than the clamshell it came in) all for 2.99.

or 2 eggs, two pieces of bacon or sausage, home fries, two slices of toast. 2.99

Or a Omlet and said bacon, sausage, homefries, and 2.99


15 minute break- Oatmeal, 2 packets of the instant with Whey protein stirred in. Sandwich as well (Grilled Chicken or beef).

Lunch @12:00pm- 2  Grilled Chicken Salad sandwiches and pasta. Fridays would be Sub day, this would consist of a two 8 inch subs ( a special), typically this would be cheese steak or chicken cheese steak, with hots and everything on it.

15 minute break- Another  Chicken Salad sandwich with protein shake



Dinner, beef or chicken meal, with a bake potato and broccoli. I lived at home so, many times this would be mashed potatoes with with collared greens or spinach.

Whey shake or sandwich before going to the gym

9:00pm leave for gym. 

That was typical. Sometimes I ate more. Like I would eat what people didn't want to eat, or a extra sub.
