Never

although I'm a makeup minimalist  :-\

One thing I do that no one ever heard of though is:  I heat up my eyelash curler with the blow-dryer - it acts like a curling iron.  Careful - it heats up VERY FAST AND VERY HOT

I don't wear eyeshadow much, but I have this one and I think it's pretty good. A friend of mine recommended it to me and I found a lot of good reviews for it online, so I bought it lol. I also got it for $1.50 because there was a 50% off sale. It's probably not as good as the high end brands but it works for the amount of makeup I wear sometimes. I also like their eyeshadows and their makeup brushes are awesome, but I don't like the foundations because they are organge-ish and chalky.

Other brands I hear a lot about are Urban Decay Primer Potion and Too Faced Shadow Insurance, but I've never tried these.

Lots of good reviews for that!  Do they sell elf @ Target?

I've been using Estee Lauder Cream Eyeshadow in some shimmery light beige for a primer and then Benefit Cream Shadow in Strut as a shadow....good product...don't need to use an eye liner w/it.

I use MAC's Prep & Prime. I love it!

I bought a couple Mac Cream shadows recently but haven't really messed around w/them yet.  They are both kinda brownish.

If my girl wears makeup, it's usually Mac.
