Right elbow hurts on 'locked in' tricep movements, right wrist has a strained tendon that collapsed on me doing lateral raises last year...heard a pop and the weight just fell from my hand

, mid back injury doing seated barbell raises w/out spotter and now that injury keeps me from bringing heavy weight over my chest like cleans, shrugs, raises, etc. Lower back has been aching recently and I think it's caused by compensating for the middle back injury...sigh...I can DL but back gives out on t-rows. I think the message here is DONT F*"CK WITH YOUR BACK!
Ironically, it gets worse if I don't go to the gym 3/4 times a week to keep it loose and stretched

It appears that I will have to lift weights until I die, lol.
Shoulders and legs are rock solid though!
