The only things I understood were 'Johnny Walker, Campari, and Whiskey Sour'... and I don't even drink.  :o
...oh yeah... I think there was some mention of Jaeger Meister as well.

The scene is a men's mission (the priest and derelict full face shots are from a German feature film), the priest believes music helps in the redemption of souls and "Heinrich Nicht" (Otto waalkes' character) is answering an advertisement for a musician to play for the clients of the mission.  He sings a song about alcohol to a room of down and out alcoholics... This is what I read into the scene.
