well he HAS had a repetition and I saw the movie of him... but this guy is refering to "mma bad asses" like in the mma vs bodybuilding thread, and bronson is in no means bodybuilding fan... HAHAHA can you imagine kai greene or bob chick in the same cell with bronson, hahaha.... man oh man.... all the curls and bench presses and mirror moments down the drane  :D

and yes tyson would fucking crush his whole soul in the cell  8)

A friend lead me his book Solitary Fitness
Dude does a shitload of pushups a day
does squats in to a pan of water to clean his colon
sticks a piece of cloth down his throat and leaves it there for 10 mins  then pulls it out to clean his stomach.
and a bunch of other things.
i dont thing most people would fuck with him.

So basically he's saying he has a awesome gag reflex? And sticking a cloth down to your stomach if possible for 10 mins, the stomach acid would partially desolve the cloth. And bringing it up there would be stomach acid on the cloth and would do damage to the esophagus, over time...like a slow version of acid reflux...

he says he does it to cleanse the stomach and pull all the junk out of there. He also pull a string around his sinuses to clean them.
he says the squat into water thing is like an enema.  Im guessing prison is boring.
he walks around his cell and does pushups every x amount of steps, all daylong.

I'm guessing that not many have seen him fight. He was struggling with a small asian kid that must have weighed about 140 lb in one clip, awful fighter, no power, no accuracy, nothing. Batshit crazy though, he has served about 30 years inside all because he plays up all of the time and gets his sentence extended, i think he originally stole a loaf of bread or something, he must like it inside.
