Because of the great success of our first DVD together, I am making a sequel to OVERKILL for MuscleMeds! It's going to be called "Kai Greene: REDEMPTION".

There is no release date set yet. I still have a long way to go!

In the meantime, here are a few stills from this work-in-progress. This is going to be a very different DVD from the first one in many ways. Much less dramatic and much more instructional, REDEMPTION is about Kai's prep for his second win of the Arnold Classic.

This time he was in is own element in Brooklyn and it showed. In REDEMPTION Kai is confident, healthy and self-assured. That mindset takes him (and us the viewers) all the way to victory in Columbus!

Teaching a young bodybuilder, Jason Myers, the fine art of posing.

An usual use of the leg curl machine for a specific purpose.

Kai squats 585 for many reps just weeks before the Arnold Classic.

The result of squatting 585 for reps.

Student and teacher.

We had a pretty good position in the pit, even though we were a little off to the side. Still, it's some of the crispest, best looking footage I've ever seen. Kudos to my assistant Elena for putting up with the pit mayhem and still getting good footage!

Sunday morning after winning the 2010 Arnold, Kai gives a training seminar.

cant ever take the guy serious or even look at him

He is a better genetics/successful version of
BrucePatterson/Derek Anthony.
The only thing that could be slightly amusing would be

Well, that's your loss because Kai is a great example of someone overcoming a questionable past and reinventing himself. If you could let go of the stuff that makes you uncomfortable you might actually learn something.

I just can't help it. When I see Kai, all I can think about is what a freak he is. I just can't take him seriously. He is always strutting around, dancing, etc. Remember the video of Kai and about 8 other bodybuilders guest posing on stage? Everyone is being normal, hitting a few shots, and Kai starts to dance, practically strip while posing. What a freak.

There is a special section on training for posing and we listen in on a squatting seminar. Kai is still reluctant to give particulars about diet.
