I actually went and trained chest yesterday while still sick, I felt like shit during my work out, and felt even worse after but surprisingly still had a pretty decent work out!
Much better today.... I feel around 80-90%, still coughing a little and still taking my antibiotics. Was thinking about going to the gym to do some back but the wife keeps advising me against it and telling me to wait a day or two till i'm 100%, may just stay home and blast the home theater with some loud and explosive guy movie!
