That's pretty disturbing... notice how Beverly nutrition is not on there.

yeah - I was thinking the same thing

I've only used Beverly for a long time and if you buy enough they give you a discount so the price is reasonable too

even with the discounts, beverly is still too expensive.  I would like to try then sometime, but i cant justify spending $35 for 1.9 lbs of protein.  I go to trueprotein.com

Well, just because its not on there, it doesn't mean beverly products don't contain metals. Like any other research study, they take a representative sample. For example, you can't study every cancer patient in the world when doing cancer research--but you study a few hundred, and try to generalize your results to the external population.

I usually pay ~ 29 for Muscle Provider and ~ 27 for Ultimate Muscle Protein and sometimes they have 10% discounts on top of that

I wonder how much of these metals appear in the foods we eat everyday for comparison.

I sold more Beverly from my store in hawaii that any other store in hawaii.  it is great stuff and Sandy and Roger are very good people.  The retail price is maybe a little high but then again I got it at distributor price

Predator fish are bad news for heavy metals, which sucks because swordfish is yummy.

Most all sports nutrition protein powder comes from 4 major suppliers to the USA.

Most of you think that these companies create their own protein. Wrong, it's sourced and then mixed in house. Further more, only a few companies test every batch of their lots that come in. Even fewer third party test (and I know who they are). I would never buy anything that was not GMP certified and low sodium.

Some of these companies get into trouble with the preservative systems and additives when the manipulate the proteins. Thats where the freaky shit comes into play.

Frankly, the best shit on the market is Jay Rob or Biochem, imo. It's clean, sucralose free, wheat free, gluten free, lactose free, clean - etc.

For cheap shit (that has sucralose in it), I like TWINLAB (GMP certified) or Dymatize (also GMP cert and gluten free).

The trend in the marketplace by the industry leaders has been to clean up products. You will see this start to happen now. It's already happened with TWIN and a few others.

A peice of fish in a res has about 2000 parts per billion of PCB or heavy metal(s). That is the acceptable level stated by the FDA.

Any fish with a long lifespan is bad news, frankly.

They didn't test every brand. They only tested a handful.

Beverly, like everyone else, starts with the same ingredients (unless they create their own stuff from scratch, which they dont).

They prob use one of the better sources available.

You have no credibility. No one takes you seriously and you've yet to take Mindspin up on his offer to fly you out to Cali to debate Dr Connelly.

Fraud.

There never was any offer, middle management.  Connelly never bothered to sign up here or contact me.

 ???

I would like to invite the True Adonis to fly out to Newport Beach, CA to meet with Dr. Scott Connelly, and have an open debate on the whole "calorie is a calorie" issue.

Adonis, I'll fly you to CA & put you up in a nice hotel. You can bring Jezebelle.  You can then come to Dr. Connelly's house in Coronal del Mar, and have a fun debate.  We'll video tape the whole thing and put it up on YouTube.

What do you say?  Let's pick some days and make it happen.

Stick and move...stick and move. See the post above.

Mindspin offered to fly you out to Cali, put you up in a nice hotel..allowed you to bring a consultant and also your girlfriend. This would be a perfect time for you to school an industry legend on your theories and beliefs.

You've yet to accept.

You childish attacks and nonsense further fracture your credibility.

If you think I'm going to get into a insult war with you, or be "owned", you're wasting your time.

Mindspin is not Scott Connelly.

Hope this helps.  Furthermore, he was to sign up here and contact me, either of which NEVER happened.  Sorry Charlie, you have the facts all wrong.
