I just saw my Friend Girl's Kid get turned over to a kids father who has never even seen his kid or paid child support for five years. The kid is also Autistic.  The Cop's just took the kid and the father was laughing and smiling.  The kid cannot even speak.

What did your friends girl do?  There had to be a reason for them to take the kid away from the mother.  Courts in most states will almost always side with the mother, so there had to be some type of reason for them taking the kid away.

i have two daughters and 3 grandkids.  My oldest grandson is 6 years old and just took 6th place in his first surf contest.  There were 19 in his class which was 8 and under.  He was the youngest at 6 years old.  He would have placed higher but missed the whole first heat.  I sent his photo out to a couple companies I deal with and one stepped forward and is now making two custom boards and will be paying for all entry fees and travel expenses and making him some custom clothing to wear.  That is how you market.  Why most bodybuilders can't do this is beyond me.  And this boy has chest definition at his age.

even if the father claimed drugs or something, it still would go through child services or the court. Why all of a sudden is the dad so interested in the kids life. I hope the child is okay and the father now will be in that childs life. Sounds like a sad story though.
Is the mother a stable person? Is it her only child? what does your friend think

yea autistic its gotta be tough. A girl in my daughters ballet class is autistic and so is her lil brother. I give that mom all the credit in the world. It cant be easy. And since she was a single mom by what Doug posted probably even harder. I hope it all works out for all of them especially the child

EXACTLY ! Unless she is an unfit mom (which a judge has to determine) or she surrenders custody, the mom retains the kids most times.

Her EX B/F has not even seen his son in 5 years and never paid child support, wants the kid now! He served her papers at a old address, she did not show up in court because she was never really served with papers. He stalked her mom at work and started a fight with her mom at her work.  She got her kid back as of now but Tuesday, he could get him back but the state laws here regarding children are "Suppose" to protect the mothers. The child has never even spoken a word in five years and her EX has never even seen him! I saw him and he is a fucking loser. He also came with his Fiance, spouting as loud as he could that he would get his son back.  The kid is Autistic and has only known his mom and her parents because his father wanted nothing to do with him because he is Autistic.  She works 65 hours a week + to get him all the help that she can and pay the bills. He has never even sent in a dime as to help her and then send cops to come and take your child away.....I had to hold her back.... She got him back but i will see what happens tomorrow?    He planned it for the holiday weekend knowing that Monday was a Holiday and that there was no judge on a holiday.  8k Just for a retainer Fee.

Watching a Cop take away a mother's kid is just fucked up as he reaches back for his mom.  The idiot (Father) was laughing and had a smug look on his face as he did something great.
