1100 square feet is a gym? Sounds about the size Goodrum's studio would be.

Terrible Gym.

Its definitely not that great. I've worked out there a few times, its definitely small, but at least you can throw weight around in the second room where the squat racks are. But like so many privately owned gyms, its heading towards a "fitness" vibe that doesn't suit hardcore lifters.

There are gyms in my area that are just as small and do well.

The whole gym has been renovated and new equipment has been added.  I looked at the screenshots and the gym looks great.

Honestly, I don't see too many IFBB pros doing something with their money other than buying souped up cars with giant rims or jewelry.

How could such a small gym have a 'health' bar? What makes celery and such drinks 'healthy'? What a load of nonsense perpetuated by gyms. There is no way to have a decent gym in less than 10000 square feet and maybe double that.

The guy is called "KEITH", not Ken. He sat next to Jonesy from Police academy once.
