The casualties are mounting, ronnie fell from grace, showing up out of condition in 06, trey brewer has gone backwards, branden curry hasnt gained any size at all for like 2 years, wolf lost his calves. It's a mother fucking massacre, what are they putting in there products to cause such brutal failure to there athletes (beauty pageants)? And now Bob Chick is with them, i can see bad things happened to BOB, like becoming attracted to a female, lets hope this is not the case, Tom Prince would not be happy.

Pretty much. I guess even protein shakes are questionable. Heck, I think the reason most people use protein is because buying soooo much food is crazy expensive. If I won the lottery tomorrow, I would probably never touch another protein shake again in my life. It would be all food.

Well, yeah, that is definitely beneficial. Time definitely plays a factor, especially when you have a 100 things going on at one time.
