just havent been posting, i hit an energy low but getting better didnt gain any fat but not working out that much. been working more so im standing a little bit more right now this is my routine id like to improve saving my lower body because i need to stand for long hours. only doing a minimal amount of training upper body, so no training lower body i need it to stand for a long time everyday
