How do you all think it would work being a vegetarian bodybuilder?
Not vegan. Still eating cheese, milk, yogurt, eggs, etc. But just not eating meat.
I know being a vegan bodybuilder is a disaster, but what about just vegetarian?
I'm thinking about seriously cutting back on my meat intake. Not gonna stop eating it, but eat less of it and more protiens from other sources like nuts, dairy, etc.
