houses like that go for 800-900k redondo beach minus the pool. it cant be more than the regular 3500 sq ft Cal has to offer. i guess u are paying x7 for his name.

Maybe in north redondo not anywhere near the water will you find that price for a house around $800-$900k. But I admit that house is not very appealing and of course being next to the water is a great thing.

ok...i missed the ocean view from the pool shot. 2-3M in Redondo and still nicer homes.

You're talking about the car on the left side? Thats the Jaguar with skin on it, haven't seen the Enzo in a while. I have no idea what the Castle house might me worth but I know he's constantly having work done on it in one way or another. The way he maintains it is amazing, I don't think there's even any dust on the outside...LOL!
