So sad...yet so true, I've never understood why they think they need the help of these so called experts. It's one thing to ask around about diet, training and drug usage, but if you need someone to train you everyday and hold your water bottle for you and whisper sweet nothings into your ear on a daily basis then just say so. It's gets old hearing the same reasons on why guys show up looking like crap at every show. If your a pro you should know by now how your body works, what foods work and what foods don't, what training style you respond to better, what drugs are your friends and which ones aren't.

I agree. He looks incredible at his current wt. BUt , we both know he will have to be more massive to place well in IFBB pro contests.
The judging rewards BIG , freaky size  and that is the reality of the pro sport now and has been for awhile.

A lot of funny comments but I'm with Howard here. Way too much preoccupation with the gay. I wonder if it would be possible to have one day during the week where nothing gay is mentioned or shown.
